AdminCard is a virtual prepaid Visa card designed to enhance your Internet experience, and expand your online shopping options, wherever Visa cards are accepted. AdminCard is an exclusively online card - it cannot be used to make purchases in physical stores.

How can I get a AdminCard?
It's easy to get a AdminCard: You choose a load amount for your AdminCard, fill in the order form and your new AdminCard is ready for use in 48 hours!

How can I track the purchases I make with my AdminCard?
Please request Card Statement with Name on Card and Customer ID.

What fees or commissions do I have to pay when I purchase a AdminCard?
When you purchase a AdminCard you pay a one-time fee only according to the amount you loaded to your AdminCard.

Does my AdminCard have an expiration date?
Yes. Each AdminCard expires 3 years after the date of its purchase. Any balance remaining on the card after the expiration date will not be refundable but may be useable if you request it. How? We will issue a new card with remaining balance from previous card, completely Free.

Can I cancel my AdminCard? How do I receive a refund of the balance remaining on the card?
Yes, for security reasons you can cancel a AdminCard at any time. But you cannot receive a refund. What you can do is order a new card with remaining funds of your previous card. Contact us and your remaining funds will be transferred to a new Card.

Can I reload my AdminCard?
No, AdminCard prepaid virtual credit card is not reloadable.

Can I use my AdminCard to withdraw cash from an ATM?
No, the AdminCard is a virtual prepaid card and can only be used online. It is not a physical card, therefore cannot be used to withdraw cash.

Can I purchase a new AdminCard with my AdminCard?
No, that is not allowed. We do not accept credit cards as a payment method.

I can't remember the AdminCard number that i received.?
Please contact us with your Name or the Name you choose for your AdminCard and Customer ID. We'll be glad to help you.

Who is eligible for a AdminCard?
Anyone is eligible for a AdminCard, it doesn't matter where you live. AdminCard works worldwide and anywhere visa is accepted.

What is the 3-digit code that i received with my Card details after I purchase my AdminCard?
The 3-digit code is the Card Verification Value (or CVV), which is a security code required by some online transactions. Provide this code when an online merchant requests such details (it may refer to it as "CVV" or "3-digit code" or "security code" or some other variation).

Do i have to provide personal information to order a AdminCard?
No, you can remain anonymous.

My AdminCard was denied. Why?
Sometimes your AdminCard may be denied as a result of a technical difficulty and you should try again. Also you should never try to go over the limit that you have on your Card, this may lock the card and you will need to contact us to unlock it. However, no card in the world can claim 100% acceptance. Certain merchants have their own rules or acceptance policies. A transaction on a AdminCard may also be denied due to the restrictions of the country of origin. Should you encounter such a situation with your AdminCard, please contact us.

What happens if I preload my card in one currency and make a transaction in another? How will I be charged?
If you use your AdminCard for transactions in a currency other than the preload currency, the transactions will be converted to the other currency.

Do i need an account with AdminCard site to place an order?
No, you don't need an account.

How do I contact the AdminCard Customer Support Center?

Privacy and security

Can online merchants track down my details?
No. Online merchants charge your AdminCard, based only on AdminCard number, 3-digit code and expiration date. They are unable to use the AdminCard to access any further information about you. We are legally bound to maintain your details in complete confidentiality. We do not provide your personal details to any merchant, and our database is secured using the world's most technologically advanced methods.

Will I ever be contacted by a Customer Service representative? Will I ever receive mail or statements from AdminCard?
AdminCard is a completely online service, and all customer activities take place on the AdminCard website. You can purchase a AdminCard, check your balance or cancel your AdminCard only on the AdminCard website. However, should the need arise, we may contact you.

What should I do if my AdminCard details are stolen?
If your AdminCard details are stolen or you suspect the card is being used fraudulently, Contact us and cancel your card immediately. We will issue you a new Card with remaining funds from your previous Card.

What happens if someone uses my card fraudulently? Am I protected?
A AdminCard is, for all intents and purposes, just like cash. Therefore, transactions made through the fraudulent use of your AdminCard details cannot be refunded.

What security measures should I take when I am issued a AdminCard?
Write down your Card details and keep in a very safe place.
